How is this different from general aircon servicing?

Is this a chemical wash?
No. PureSteam uses industry high-pressure steam and controlled water rinsing, without added acidic or alkaline cleaning chemicals, artificial fragrances or chemical coatings. A repair specialist may still recommend a chemical wash or overhaul for severe grease, scale, blockage or long-neglected equipment.
Is it suitable for homes with children or pets?
The cleaning process adds no detergent, fragrance or chemical coating. Children and pets should remain outside the immediate work area while the unit is open and runoff is captured; the room can be used again after the service is complete and dry.
Will PureSteam stop mould from returning?
PureSteam removes accessible accumulated residue but leaves no residual coating, so it cannot guarantee mould will not return. Longer-term results still depend on humidity, condensation, drainage, operating temperature and a suitable care interval.
Which indoor units can you care for?
The service is suitable for most wall-mounted indoor units and can be assessed for cassette or ducted split systems. The outdoor compressor is not opened as part of this hygiene service.
Do you provide gas top-ups or repairs?
