A standard-size mattress counts as one item and includes the top sleeping surface and all four sides. The underside is not included.

Can I mix fabric and leather items?
Yes. Your three approved items can combine suitable fabric and leather pieces. The specialist follows the appropriate process for each material rather than using one method across everything.
Will every stain be removed?
No. Some marks are permanent colour loss, dye transfer, oxidation, fibre damage or aged staining rather than removable soil. Results depend on the material, stain, age and previous treatments. We explain what improvement is realistic before proceeding.
How long will fabric take to dry?
Drying commonly takes several hours and varies with material thickness, ventilation, humidity and air-conditioning. Keep extracted surfaces uncovered and unused until fully dry.
Can every type of leather be cleaned and polished?
No. Suede, nubuck, aniline finishes, unstable colour, peeling coatings and damaged leather may need specialist care or may not be suitable. Send Aira clear photos so suitability can be checked first.
What should I send Aira?
